Back in 2020, I purchased an item via bank transfer. I popped into this branch to ask what are the steps if I'm frauded. I was told by this small lady with glasses on nothing could be done if i am. I've called the Lloyds line on a few occasions recently, and got my money back. This proves they don't know what they are talking about, and she lied in effect.

Had to go up to the counter due to the cash point having a 500 pound limit. Got the older woman with the blonde bob. Bit shirty and offhand.

Where do I begin listing the incompetence displayed by this excuse for a bank? The staff range from inept to hostile. The pinnacle of their disastrous attempt at banking was my last appointment. After multiple serious problems caused by Lloyds' call center I got a face to face appointment. After two and a half hours dealing with five members of staff I am now left worse off than when I started, and I would still be there now, waiting in a corridor, if I hadn't insisted the sham was drawn to a close. Stay away from the place for your own good.

A busy Tuesday morning ,information desks closed , asked one of the 2 male staff members standing around watching the queue for cashier desks longer if they could answer a few questions but was told to join the join the queue, whilst they continue to stand around doing nothing.......... customer service at it very worst.

I?ve just spent almost 5 minutes on the telephone trying to discuss a one hour appointment scheduled for tomorrow at the Fawcett St Branch in Sunderland. After those 5 minutes talking to a ?bot?, I was then advised that I was in a queue of 20 minutes. Why couldn?t I be told that at the beginning of the conversation?

The service and staff you receive in this shop is extremely basic. The counter staff don't seem to have much training or experience at all in this branch. The ques can be a very long wait on a Saturday, and has been the same for many years. A woman started approx 2017, tall and and stern looking, who can be rude if the situation is right. Your better off withdrawing your money from a cash point or doing banking online these days.Previous reviews seem to be focused more on the look and location of the building rather than the service received inside.
