I use them today for the first time today to purchase some gravel. From the first point of contact to order this and then having it delivered the service was absolutely amazing. Nothing to much trouble for the delivery driver either vert friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful telephone service. Fencing arrived within 3 hours of ordering and delivery staff were super friendly neatly stacking materials on drive. Will use next time and recommend to any DIYer. Returned for more fencing supplies to continue job. Still a 5* service :)

Good, convenient DIY store albeit a bit pricey, but can live with that as it means there's no travelling if you live local. Staff are generally pleasant and aren't afraid to laugh and joke with customers!
