Absolutely disgusting ? got a meal deal and didn't put any cookies in and wrote free next time as if we are stupid and even are gonna go there again food was full to the brim and had no taste absolutely vile

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOIDAbsolutely abysmal service, food was awful, late cold, dont get me started on the nachos, they were harder than concrete, it was appalling from presentation to taste and went straight in the bin where it looked like it came from. I made a complaint to the store who said they would replace the whole order, I went to the store later on to find out that actually I was lied too and refused to replace. The chap working there phone the manager and put me on, this guy has a vile and disgusting attitude, was rude and basically told me that he wouldn't replace, I couldn't help but laugh at the attitude of the owner, just avoid this place guys at all costs, do not order and save yourself some serious time and money.Revolting owner revolting food full to the brim of dissorganization

I would not even give this subway 1 star if i had the choice. The owner... he overcharges you on items, adds things onto your order to make more money and has an attitude of a goat. Bump!!

When I visited the store today one member of staff had a mask just covering their mouth and a male behind the counter (not sure if he worked there) wearing an outdoor jacket and no mask. He walked right behind all the food, looked into one of the ovens and walked into the back. In the middle of a global pandemic I would expect more care to be taken

Could sometimes be abit cleaner, one staff member is really friendly, another one isn't and seems to hurry you, even if the place isn't busy...could just be tone of voice however. Food is usually nice.
