Ordered a tuna salad box. Charged £2 than normal for the salad. When I questioned it they said that's the price. Fine. Paid for it.Took my salad and the box felt light. When I opened it there was a few bits of lettuce, 2 pieces of cucumber and tomato some jalpenos. Went back and asked for more, fuming. Really poor customer service. Bad enough I paid more but I will not return to this subway. Stick to my usual haunt.

Serious issue with Customer Service, or rather lack of it. Every visit you can guarantee no common courtesy, greeting or smile (basics of customer service). Today, I placed an order in store only to be told the offer was withdrawn (even though the point of sale advertising was clearly displayed in store!). This was quickly whipped away and then my order was taken. Half way through preparing it, an item was missing (which should have been asked at the start of the order by the staff member) - when I pointed this out, I was told I was in the wrong for not asking for it. Strange, on the other hundreds of visits, I've always been asked - must have changed?!? - my order was modified with the missing item which had already been heated up, instead of offering to make a fresh order, they just added the cold items to the hot....most strange way of making a sandwich! My order was then passed onto another sultry staff member who took payment without a thank you, goodbye or any acknowledgement.So, in short, basic manners cost nothing. if you get the order wrong, at least own it and don't make the customer look as if he's in the wrong. No wonder this place has been through so many staff over the years. I've heard the horror stories, now I can believe it...

Absolutely disgusting attitude and behaviour from the staff and the franchises owners. We ordered £52 worth of food through Uber eats for the food not to turn up instead be delivered with a different customers order. To be told from the franchise manager to go and spend the same money in the shop to get our food order. So for a few salads and sandwiches, it would cost £104. The franchise ?manager? then laughed at me because he had made £36 from the order that I didn?t have. He then proceeded to tell me to eat the other customers order because we refused to do this. We were then hung up on. We will not be ordering from here again and neither will anyone in our call centre.
