I had a full body exfoliation and massage with an Indian head massage and a facial. I was greeted by Lynn at the front desk who was really welcoming and kind. Tia did the treatment and was very professional! Thank you, I will booking up again in the near future.

What can I say! I absolutely love this place. Usually get eyelashes done and today had Indian head massage with Bhav... amazing! The staff are truly lovely. Wouldn't go anywhere else now

I couldn't recommend The Beauty Lounge more. I've had 2 of the most amazingly relaxing massages (hot stone and full body).My classic lashes are amazing; Bhav is an amazing therapist and relaxed me so much that I was asleep through my treatments. I'm now a lash regular (I've previously never worn lashes).I booked myself and my boyfriend in for pedicures. Just fantastic, my boyfriend is now a regular for his pedicures from Bhav. Got an eyelash lift and tint done here for the first time- and truthfully staff were lovely and professional- however my eyelashes looked identical to when I wake up. They?re better off when I curl them and don?t even wear mascara. (Might be worth looking into if your lashes actually lift).

Received a ?thank you for working hard during the pandemic? voucher from my employers so redeemed it at The Beauty Lounge. Unfortunately I was 3 days out of the expiry date on the voucher (why should there be an expiry voucher on confuses me) and they won?t honour it. Such a shame not everyone is grateful for what we all did during the pandemic. Shame on you Beauty Lounge.

Just heard the other day that your handing over your business deb and I felt I had to msg you just to say a big thank you ,to you and all your team for your help ,advice and treatments over these last 10 years+ if I remember rightly. Yous have given me a confidence in my own skin literally which I've never had. Had eyelash extensions,lovely ambience in the room and smells like a spa.The best eyelashes iv ever had felt so light and comfortable and lasted ages,not the cheapest around, but you certainly get what you pay for, highly recommend.
