Great collection of Christmas decorations, nice staff , clean and tidy shop. One big problem is the amount of tills not open while the customer is waiting 15+ deep.

Soo I bought a half price Gaming chair which was great paid, 10 quid for next day delivery which didn't turn up which wasn't so great, found that there after sales customer service is abysmal which is less than great, so I'm really hoping things aren't going to be a disaster and my chair will turn up tomorrow.

Not good. As you go in the by the door was a christmas tree for £59.00. Reduced from £100. So went to see about buying one. Twice we had the run around finally got to speak to a supervisor. Asked about the tree can't find it anywhere in the shop. What you have to do is order it online and only home delivery for £9.95. Didn't say anything about that. And he also said price be back to £100.so was not happy. I've had big 55inch tv delivered from argos for £4.95. Overall not impressed
