Good size room, clean. Quiet at night for sleeping. Great location.Rooms: Clean and large.Nearby activities: Lots to do and see all within ten minutes drive. Two minute walk to the city center shops and bars.

Ever wanted to go to a hotel which feels like you could catch chlamydia from the bedsheets? Then welcome friend, for you are home.2 stars because the staff are very friendly! Maybe they want you to see a friendly face before you die of bathroom related tetanus.

Dog friendly hotel.Easy to book.Staff friendly and welcoming.2nd floor room very peaceful.They did a firedrill.The only bugbear was about the keycards to the rooms themselves which seem to have minds of their own and don't want let ypu in. 1st one I had didn't work at all so naturally they changed it.Excellent sized, and very warm rooms.

My parents stayed here at Christmas and other times,love the Travelodge.Staff go above and beyond,Rooms, service, location.Excellent,The only thing that was a special touch when theve stopped at the Travelodge at Christmas time before Thiers always been a tub of sweets left at Reception for the Customers.which sadly didn't happen this year,but everything else no complaints.And would always stop here if able,

The staff are very welcoming and polite, stayed here nearly every month never had issue with noise with it close to bars. Never had issue with cleaning. It?s cosy and cheap and cheerful! Rooms are very clean and I continue to keep staying. Only issue i could say I possibly have is they should be ongoing receptionist at all times, without having to ring to check in

Sorry to change my review but....First, the nights are not so quiet as the ground floor hosts a club that plays music from 10 at night until late...Secondly, we asked to refresh our room and the only thing they did was change the bins and gave us two new paper rolls and 2 new towels after 3 days of stay ... No hoovering ( we left on purpose a piece of rubbish from a snicker pack on the floor and an empty box of irnbru wkd and an empty coke at the desk ; never touched them ) or changing any linens... They advertised in the room to refresh the room free of charge... Sad but at least they could clean a bit better ...Staff friendly and helpful at times you need them but I guess the management have gave them guidelines to do the least due cost of products I guess ...Great location and safe place to be too.Overall it's OK .

Slightly "tired" décor, not helped by ill-fitting entrance door, with one glass panel (awaiting repair?); that said, spacious 1st floor bedroom and bathroom, very clean & tidy, everything worked ok.Also pleased to confirm that on our afternoon arrival, check-in staff welcoming & very helpful, ditto on return post midnight & again on departure, all credit to them and also to the chain.While hotel is on a busy road junction into & out of the city centre, I wasn't disturbed by traffic noise; however, their website does warn that there may be some disturbance from nearby late-night pubs and other venues.On site parking is available on a "first come" basis, just a dozen spaces, but there is a nearby shopping centre - The Bridges - open 24/7, modestly priced, less than 10 minutes walk.Rooms: Well maintainedFood & drinks: The usual coin-operated soft drinks, chocolate bars, crisps etc., at Reception.Coffee/tea making tray in room.

Went for two nights , very functional, clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Only criticism is there was one hard backed plastic seat to sit on, maybe needs a small sofa or softer chair to relax on, if I go on the bed I go to sleep!! Overall was handy for pubs and shopping centre and perfect place to stay
