If I could give these no stars then I would. Customer service is disgusting. Yorkshire bank used to be a good bank, since these took over it has gone down hill. I will be closing all of my accounts and going to another bank. I have been with these for over 20 years.

Fantastic customer service from a 'Will' ( and the lovely counter lady!) I am not very good with technology, takes me a little bit to get hang of things, this nice gentleman helped me to now have mobile banking!!
