Got rid of all tills and now self service. What a palava if your paying by cash. From what I could see only 2 self serve tills took cash. Whats happened to personal service these days?No change when visited jan 24. Get some proper tills on for goodness sake, its a right pain .

I attempted to ask 2 female members of staff a question about paint but they were too busy chatting and then told me that they couldn?t answer my question because they were serving on the front desk. Fair enough, off to Wickes!

Dropped in to get some last minute Xmas decorations and lights they have 20% off remaining Xmas stock presently. Found a nice outdoor wreath whilst there. Staff helpful when we couldn't find items. Not too busy either.

Tills too contradictory- you go through and then the person on the till tells you to self scan!!! Then there is no bar code so the till person then intervenes again-and they cant find the code!! B&Q just put a person on the til! Either way I wont be back- I will go to my local hardware shop which has real people ?

Huge store, loads of crimbo trees, tonnes of light bulbs (we were after a tube/flourescent bulb). Huge car park. Cannae complain - on thr whole, does what it says on the metaphorical tin. Baboooosh

Bought floor tiles. An assistant called Dave gave me great advice and was very helpful. I had to return a couple of unused items which was no problem.

Good parking, more than enough, even on a busy shopping day inside. Clean and spacious. This is a good place to shop for indoor and outdoor items and building projects. However, good or bad for parking spaces, extended buildings are taking place on the far side of the carpark.

Amazing, 12 staff loitering around the checkout area watching customers struggle with the latest development in cost saving strategies .( Self service checkouts)Whoever thought this was a great way to improve customer service just needs to go along the road to their nearest competitor who are reaping the rewards of this amazing accountancy strategy.
