Far too many customer service agents on site. Some were not keen to provide help, choosing to twiddle their thumbs and gossip among themselves. I noted that some of the cheaper TVs on their website were not stocked in store. They pribably want to sell you the more expensive item. It's no wonder local stores are shutting down when you can click away and order these items at home.

Given the runaround tookAirPods back to store for ? instant exchange? was told I needed to do it online as ? they?d never had AirPods in for weeks? somebody not doing their job correctly!! Stock control?? Anyway was told can?t do it online so had to go to metro centre to exchange ? no communication ? wouldn?t recommend? ?

Thought these people were experts in what they sell. Asked member of staff on dishwasher department a simple technical question about their integrated dishwashers and she didn't have a clue what I was talking about.Went and bought dishwasher from Argos after they answered my query no problem. Will never set foot in Currys again.Train your staff Currys!!

Told tv was able to receive Freesat, set delivered and installed- cannot download Freesat app, spoke to Currys tech they advised get Amazon firestick to enable access to Freeview - you can't download Freesat app onto Firestick what a waste of time and money

After being fobbed off at the metro centre branch and technical issues with their website we drove to the Silverlink branch and Harry came over to assist. Straight away Harry gave us confidence that he knew what he was doing and bent over backwards for us even though the pc was not in stock in their branch he ordered it for us for delivery. He was very patient and saved Christmas for us. The guy needs a medal. Thanks Harry

Not enough floor staff, had to wait quite a while. Shop was not busy so God knows how long people will have to wait if the shop was really busy.Staff very friendly though

Why have all them staf. But no one wants to help. Standard looking at washing machine for 25min. Cash in pocket but no help available. So left. Terrible service.

I took my coffee machine in as it had broken, from the minute I walked in the member of staff Ewan was brilliant he helped sort the paper work out and was so helpful. Credit to the store.

Went in today off the cuff as my phone wouldn?t take charge, I wasn?t expecting an outcome straight away but Anthony went above and beyond what he needed to do to help me. I really appreciated this as I need my phone for work. My charging port was cleaned out while I waited and Anthony was helpful and friendly while doing it. I will be back soon to buy a new phone. Great work and really appreciate the help!

Absolutely shocking service from the store manager David. Assured me my order went through and that my iPhone would be ready to collect in two days, returned to store today after not receiving any email to be told the order wasn?t made in the first place but our money had been taken! Shrugged off with ?well the money is still on the gift voucher so you can just order again?. No apology or nothing, just an absolute waste of my time because someone is incapable of doing a job! What a brilliant example this sets to other staff in store!

I think most people have a view of some sort about Currys so I will not comment other than to say that I went in to the store to enquire about a possible purchase of a new laptop. I found that the advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable. More importantly (for me) not a 'pushy' salesman! On the whole a pleasant visit.

New washing machine arrived in expected time frame approx 1500. Driver installer LIED to me. Old washer hot and cold fill, new cold only. He said the red valve on hot wasn't working so couldn't isolate supply to install. I pointed out that directly beneath this was another 1/4 turn valve, I got a screwdriver turned it. He tried to disconnect a little water from the washing machine hot feed pipe dribbled out. He said that isolating valve was broke too. I could either take delivery and get a plumber to install it or install it myself. Or reschedule delivery when a plumber had disconnected and capped hot water. Bearing in mind it was Friday afternoon and we were the 25 delivery on his list, I think the reason he LIED to me was because he was either behind time, or wanted to finish early. As soon as he left I investigated and safely disconnected the hot water feed myself in less than a minute.Tried to complain Curry's phone sends you round in circles.Disgusting, if I can't believe this "expert installer" before he connects anything, how can i believe him when hes demonstrating the machine? Look at photos which will be time stamped on my phone somewhere.
