Have been here three times now over recent years. Simply the best experience for family members looking for prom dresses. Patience++.advice++pressure to buy?. Not at all. The dresses and staff speak for themselves and a wonderful experience for the young person. Thank you so much.

My youngest daughter had an appointment yesterday for her prom next year, Charmaine went above and beyond to give her the most special treatment. She tried on numerous dresses, but Charmaine knows her stuff and always pulls something that she knows will suit better.......she looked amazing ! Thanks Charmaine it's the second daughter I've brought to you and I can honestly say you go above and beyond to make everyone feel and look a million dollars.Thank you !! ??

Had an amazing experience in eclipse. Charmaine is a lovely person and has great humour, she really put us all at ease! She laid out five dresses to get a feel of the different styles I could try. I never made to feel any pressure to buy either. Charmaine really captures the clients personality and recommended different accessories to fit with vibe i was going for. She also managed to hem and sew the bottom of the dress which would have been no easy feat due to the design. Overall I am over the moon with the experience and would recommend 100%

Highly recommended! Visited this store with my daughter for a first class prom experience, my daughter was fussed over, multiple dresses tried on, advice given and a wonderful ?yes to the dress? prom experience. Dress at £400 was expensive but the dress is beautiful and it was perfect for my daughter. A very pleasant experience, thank you.

disgusting. very rude and unprofessional. made up lies saying I asked for charity when infact she demanded money off me. when asking if she could wait till 2 days when I got paid . she threatened to send my dress back. this was done with no prior texts or reminders . she then went in my social media that I had just reactivate to see her terms . then she started making out that I couldn't afford the dress but I was buying other things. when infact it was someone else in a Christmas jumper ? really unprofessional. please don't go to this store.

This shop has the worsed customer service ever disgusting really that?s not what happened at all you no it?s not but if it makes you feel better to be cruel to people go for it we have now went to a good wedding shop ty for the experience unreal

Absolutely amazing store and Charmaine is an absolute gem, went in looking for a black wedding dress and she knew exactly what dress was for me. I left buying my dream dress and I am so inlove with it. The prices are absolutely incredible and the service you receive is amazing! I couldn?t of asked for a better person to help me pick my dream wedding dress.Charmaine went above and beyond for my wedding day! Not only did she help me find the most perfect dress and veil, she also came to my home to help me and my guests get ready and also helped me get into the car. (She even offered to take me to the venue when my car didn?t show on time!). She has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process and I could not thank her enough for everything she has done for me ??
