T shirt had a hole in where security tag had been I was told I would need to order from the warehouse! I order from the web site how about you provide clothes without holes ! ! Refund was no issue just as well I checked before leaving store

Poor service, made to fill like I was interrupting her. Asked about paint and wallpaper told me NO , asked if she meant there was none in store said next don?t do wallpaper just Laura Ashley ! I said I hope they do I?ve just ordered some next wallpaper online! To which she replied again no, extremely unhelpful , more training required next she?s costing you money !

I bought 4 ties - no free delivery even with more than 70 pounds order.So I had to make them delivered at a Store.I received 3 ties 1 by 1 so I had to go to the shop each time.I made the order on the 9/12 I still didn't receive the last tie!! When I created the order the website said that I will be able to collect the order on the 12/12 we are now the 23/12 and I still don't have the last one.I did a chat the guy said he will sent me the last tie by post free delivery for the next day, it never arrived, chat again and another person told me that the order has been cancelled!The person in the chat closed the chat and on the phone they hang up on you.NEVER BUY ONLINE WITH NEXT!!!

1. Click and collect order.2. Another customer signed in before me to collect her order.3. We both waited for what felt like 20 minutes.4. Watched one queue at the tills clear.5. Thought someone will go get our order now. Nope.6. Other customers that turned up after us got theirs before us.7. Another queue formed at the tills, was served and cleared.8. Still no sign of our orders.9. Mines eventually turned up before the lady that had signed in before me.10. Asked the boy why it took so long, he said the parcels were messed up.11. Asked to speak to his manager, she said the same.12. Asked why I got an email/text saying my parcel was ready when clearly it wasn't.13. She said it was ready in the order it came in.14. Makes no sense to me, clearly someone's not done something right.15. Next time I pick up an order. I'm not used that machine. I'll inform a member of staff I'm here to collect an order at the customer service desk, and I won't be moving until they get it. That's the way it used to be, I think they think they can just take up Click and Collect order customers time whilst they serve customers buying/returning in store.

The store is definitely a step up in size from the old store across the road.Nice home-ware department.Not always the best customer experience at the checkout.There's plenty of free parking and lots of outlets to choose from if you're looking for some retail therapy.

My partner and I went to the store on Thursday so I could get some clothes for a funeral and the staff were not very friendly or helpful . I won't be going back to the store

Opens at 10:30am on Sundays but won?t allow you to buy anything until 11:00am! I have better things to that ?browse? for half an hour. Either open at 11:00 or take my money when I?m in your store.

Visited 8th October a bit stressed with 7 kids for my daughters birthday! Was meant to order on app but it stressed me so Johnny kindly took my order and explained all my options as I ve not been here in ages! What a truly lovely lad and an amazing staff member nothing was an issue for him ! He couldn't be more helpful give this lad a pay rise or make him a Supervisor he is a credit to the company!!!

Called in to collect a shirt, ordered for my son. Ended up taking 3 more - for him to try on at home. The assistant, Kelly, was really friendly & helpful - looking for other sizes which weren't out on display & assuring me it was no problem if I wanted to return the ones which weren't suitable. So nice to receive good customer service - so rare these days.

I am a regular customer at Nando's Silverlink. I work on The Silverlink, Wallsend and on Saturday 12 December I decided to get a Nando's takeaway at 9 pm. I paid £11.75 for Chicken Butterfly, Spicy Rice and Chips which was very disappointing. I was advised that there was a limited amount of food available as they were about to close. When I opened the take away I had a table spoon of Spicy Rice, what a waste of money!!!!!! The Chicken Butterfly was satisfactory but there were no sachets of Nando Sauce included so it was like having chicken and chips!!!!! I would definitely not recommend a take away. Not good value for money!!!!

Service was good but when you are not used to online apps qr codes it's another new normal and also won't be going back it was meant to be a 25 min wait turned out to be 40 min wait because I moved 1 inch from the waiting area

Nice shop, lots of choice. Menâ??s suits are really lovely, better than M&S, choice is great. Only downside is the lack of staff at cash desk. We had to wait ages in home-wear, poor girl on the till was left to deal with a very large queue despite calling for staff to come to cash desks. Xmas must be a nightmare
