I was met and treated with the greatest respect. There was no rushing me through the eye test or in choosing my new glasses. The staff were helpful and polite. I am pleased with my new glasses.

I had been using vision express ? came back to specsavers a year or so ago..so glad i did! Got advanced eye test which was surprisingly easy and finally had recognition that my eyes are very sensitive to light! ? i got 2 pairs of glasses for around £100 pair i got tinted had became my main glasses as they stop light hurting my eyes and i can see ??

Wrong lenses fitted to glasses, when I told the staff they told me to just keep wearing them for a week. When I took them back after a day they told me I would have to pay for another test. When i asked for the Optician he realised he'd wrote the incorrect numbers on prescription.Then glasses didn't fit correctly. When I eventually had these issues sorted the glasses made me develop rashes on each side of my face where the arms rested. After numerous visits I finally asked for a refund. Staff are utterly atrocious and tried to make me feel like it was my fault. Do not use this store.

Welcomed on entry, eye tests carried out immediately and no waiting to see the opthalmologist for the vision test. In and out in less than 30 minutes. All staff friendly and efficient..

Friendly, prompt and efficient service yet again from Specsavers in Wallsend. After the glasses seemed to fit OK on receipt I found they were a bit loose and called in. The staff quicky adjusted them for me so now a good fit and clear vision.
