The service today may have been off, there were four staff behind the counter who all appeared overwhelmed for the few orders there were.My real issue is the hygiene. I'm assuming the staff wash their hands regularly, although in my ten minute wait I did not witness this. What I did witness was staff using the till with gloves on, accepting payments and then going back to making sandwiches and repeatedly doing so, all without changing gloves or washing hands.I equally realise how particularly this sounds, but the food served isn't always being cooked and it is being touched at each stage of preparation.Dietary restrictions: My comment regarding the incorrect use and disposal of gloves.

Subway is lush. The subway I had today was lush. BUT the woman with the blonde hair that works there is an absolute nutcase. She ignored about 3 customers and then started smashing a till to bits. Screaming and shouting different swear words and getting angry because she was receiving orders, isn?t that your job??. The other worker was no where to be seen until she just toddled out of the back like there wasn?t world war 3 going on at the tills. She slammed a box down because she had too put cheese in nachos.. what more can I say? I genuinely believe that girl need some help. She has no manners and shouldn?t be working in customer service!!

First time I had been. I was pleasantly surprised, thoroughly enjoyed my sandwich and the staff were excellent and very friendly.

Normally this place is ok but pardon me the meatballs, they are horrendous 3 meatballs for 3 pound 3 meatballs probably made from tortured cow, the meat is not fresh at all, probably tortured , i am just extremely disappointed

I love Subway, and this is my local one. Staff are friendly and efficient, and of course the food is consistently good. Kudos to Subway in Battle Hill ?

I usually order from here no problem but today, one of my sandwiches was completely the wrong order, with items missing in the sandwich. I rang the store as I couldn't find anyway to solve the issue through Ubereats and the person on the phone told me to just get a refund on Ubereats and then reorder the sandwich through them. I don't have the money to wait for a refund from Uber (Which by the way is not even possible and they make it highly impossible to do anyway I have discovered, just a warning) when it was their error for making the sandwich wrong. So expect me to pay twice and potentially get NO refund from Uber. Erm no thanks. Looking at all the bad reviews, I probably won't go back to this Subway.

Cant even call it a sandwich turned up smashed to pieces bread wasn't toasted as I'd asked and was ripped to bits in places it had so much onion in it there was hardly any other filling in it, how do you mess up a sandwich? Won't be coming back

I got a good quality foot long Italian BMT and the customer service from Aswin was very good aswell.
