We?ve just had our bathroom and en-suite replaced by the Bathroom and Tile Studio and couldn?t be happier with the service received from the start to the end result. From the very first contact with both Alan and Stuart in the showroom we knew we would be in good hands. Our brief was met and budget was stuck to. There was no also pushy sales pitch like you get from most places which was lovely and to be honest quite refreshing not to be pounced on ! Stuart booked Alan in to measure up for us and then came up with some designs for us to look at and once we were happy we went ahead and booked a date. Our allocated fitters were Andy and David. We were absolutely given the best with these gents. They worked their socks off from start to finish and were so meticulous and absolute perfectionists. Fuelled by doughnuts, biscuits and endless coffee ;-) . Nothing was too much trouble and they were honestly a pleasure to have in our home. I think our dog became quite attached too each day waiting for his little game of play time! We are absolutely delighted with our beautiful new bathrooms. If you?re looking for someone to do your work look no further and get in touch with Alan and Stuart, rest assured you absolutely won?t be disappointed. Thanks so much for our beautiful updated rooms to all of you.

I?m a plasterer by trade but decided to have a go at tiling my own bathroom called into showroom for a few bits n bob?s couldn?t of been more helpful in giving advice which was definitely needed great fella with great knowledge

We have just had a new bathroom fitted and are completely delighted with it, from start to finish the bathroom and tile studio staff went above and beyond to get exactly what we wanted, Stu for sourcing everything we asked for, Alan for giving advice about our electrics, and the amazing fitters Andy and Dave were brilliant, working so hard. I can highly recommend the bathroom and tile studio.

The whole experience was great. Stuart in the showroom took lots of time to allow me to decide what I wanted. He made several virtual designs so I could visualise the options and when I landed on what I wanted he worked hard to see if there were cheaper alternatives in the sales. Andy and Dave did the fitting and they were fantastic. There were lots of snags (none of which were their fault) but they worked extremely hard throughout and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. I smile every time I go into the room now.

If I could leave minus stars then I would. After numerous failed attempts to repair the unsuitable install I refused to allow the contractor back on site. The owner then visited but did not make much better. My bathroom was left in a terrible and dangerous state and they offered nothing but excuses and terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

Great service from start to finish, the salesman in the shop was very helpful and friendly. There is a great selection of materials to choose from if it?s not in the shop they have catalogs to choose from. The fitter who came out to measure up was very helpful and informative and he suggested the best options to fitting out the bathroom, when they came to fit the bathroom they did an excellent job and removed all the waste and rubbish. I would definitely recommend this company as they did a 5 star job.

The Bathroom and Tile Studio were recommended to us by our neighbours. We were so pleased they were as we are completely delighted with our new bathroom. I still can't believe it's been done. A faultless process from start to finish. Stuart was excellent advising us of our options and bringing our design to life. Andrew and David worked so hard and were unbelievably calm. Rest assured, you'll be in safe hands with these guys, I can't fault them in any way. Thank you.

So happy with our bathroom. This company is professionalism at its best! The team of two who carried out the work were amazing from start to finish (Andy and David) kept us fully informed about all the work involved. They literally never stop from arriving to going home ensuring everything is safe and to a very high standard. They clean up after themselves as they go so minimal mess at all times. Stuart at the show room was equally as amazing. Talking us through all options and completing the plan. I would 100% recommend these guys without a doubt. They have even completed my parents bathroom and they are equally as pleased as we are. Thank you for doing a great all round job.

We've just recently had our bathroom designed and completed by Andy and Dave, I must say we are over the moon with the superb results. The work was completed within the time frame allotted and Andy and Dave were extremely respectful as well as highly professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Throughly satisfied with the service provided - from the initial placing of the order to the completed bathroom. 5 stars plus ??

So wish I had of took notice of the review with 1 starAfter pay over £5000 for whole new suite you would think it would last, had it in just over a year had the company out twice for problems in that time and now having to pay for a new shower cubicle and replace floor tiles and new plummer as it's leaking through to my ceiling downstairs and stained. So paying just under £1000 for this to be done after having contacted the bathroom and tile company to bring this to their attention and haven't heard nothing after they said they would be out to look at the damage and didn't show up.So yes if you want to waste money and have alot of stress look eleswhere.

A first class business that I would recommend wholeheartedly. Andy provides excellent service from choosing the fixtures and fittings for my toilet and basin unit to installation. His attention to detail went above and beyond when he even offered to tighten up my loose bath taps. The showroom has a good selection of quality bathroom fittings to choose from and he was happy to help me select choices within my buget. I'm very glad I chose Bathroom and Tile Studio.
