The attitude of the staff is just something else. I've actually never witnessed anything like it and honestly, bad days happen, and retail staff are not robots. Emotions do shows etc, but for every single store person (5 in total) to be rude to customers, show an outright lack of interest in helping customers just shocked me.My partner ended up waiting to be served and I stood outside after being pushed out the way by a staff member because she forgot how to say 'excuse me' - Physically moved me or tried to with her shoulder. I just don't get how after the countless reviews about the staff this hasn't been looked into.How on earth it takes 4 members of staff to find one ladies order, all the while leaving queuing customers waiting?Will not be back and recommend anyone else to visit another store, maybe a bigger one as the options are not that great either.

Couldn't find one pair of trainers suitable for women. Row upon row of men's trainers and a selection for children. Not impressed.
