As with many pharmacies these days. Staff are inundated with administration of medi packs for the elderly and for old people's homes as our country's population ages.Some poorly members of the public can be on more than 12 medications a day.Each one has to be checked before being administered.As well as carrying out daily duties and procedures.More and more responsibility has been taken away from doctors and left with the already over worked pharmacist.Many counter staff are paid only minimum wage and have to deal with increasingly difficult situations.The people you snarl and are seething at want to help you and want to do a good job. Please be patient.Pharmacies far and wide are experiences the same circumstances, long waits and queues.Well done to the staff at Concorde, you are greatly appreciated.Keep up the good work.

Last 3 occasions I've ordered my prescription I had to wait while it was being processed even though I always pre order it 4 days before, Then I was told to come back an hour later because the Pharmacist was on his break only to find it was in the drawer waiting as I pre ordered that too. This time there was another 40 minute wait with as many as 14 people in the store at the same time. Guess what? That was in the drawer too. Also today she asked me what it was for in front of a shop full of people listening. Good job I don't have anything embarrassing to declare. Talking to other customers I was told people had been trying to ring since 10 am and the phone was either not answered or hung up without response. Worst Pharmacy I've ever been to and need to renew the staff again pronto

Be prepared for long wait. Need more chairs for the elderly that's a must.used to be great now not so much.

I called in today to buy sildenafil. There is a big info that they're selling it without prescription which isn't true. I've been asked if I have consultation with doctor and been informed that they can't sell it without consulting.

Not good with confidentiality - poor facilities, medication always difficult to find, opening times wrong on website and reluctant to deliver. Poor all round service

Staff are really discreet and respectful to the customers and always do their utmost to support you in any difficulties you may have, whether it be about your prescription or just general help and support. Iâ??ve not lived up north long but since moving up here I used a number of other pharmacies but this one was the one I found most helpful and reliable and Iâ??ve been using their services ever since.

Staff are always nice and helpful however today there was an asian pharmacist in and her attitude was appalling!! the girls were trying to help me resolve a manufacturing issue with my sons baby formula and this woman just had no sympathy at all and came and took the milk back( as there wasnt the full order so i had to go elsewhere) and said there you go handed me the prescription back and walked away!! ð??¡ this is a baby it is not my fault your supplier is useless!!!

Total no respect for the customer.I could not have the phone answered after trying 4 hours it was then put on engagedIt's just a shame people judge there customers or categories them before known any thing about them terrible experience everything and still nothing will change
