Went to Washington store to collect click and collect parcel at 15.55 (full price items) only to be told store was shutting 3 hours ahead of normal time to get ready for sale. So much for the order before midnight promise.

Gave this one a try after having to walk out of metrocentre next and walked out of this one as well. One staff one the phone the other couldn't serve as was too busy doing her hair. Safe to say I will never shop at next again.

Aggressive confrontational manner from deputy manager. Terrible example to set to other staff. However, sales staff always polite and helpful.

Don't think they have much selection now
Used to be the place to go for a full range !
Now I don't even bother
Lots more places to go and even more selection next is very expensive now for not good quality .
