One lady in particular was very pleasant and helpful, but the younger lass on the checkout was blunt and emotionless when we had mentioned about our dog having cancer. Most people would say 'oh I'm sorry to hear that' or whatever but this girl seriously lacked empathy and emotion and it annoyed me. Perhaps give the job to someone with better people skills and someone who actually has empathy toward sick animals??

Staff are always really happy and helpful. They always have to stuff we need although prices are quite high for some stock. Great to have on the doorstep though

Well stocked shop. Some prices are quite good. A bit of an interrogation when buying tropical fish, but that's normal in Pets at Home.

Went to pets at home Washington yesterday and spoke to Stevo. Although I didn't purchase anything because the product I needed was out of stock (Indorex) Stevo still spent the time to talk to me and give me advice. He was so friendly and informative and I thank him for taking the time out of his day to help me. One of the best customer services I've ever experienced. Thankyou Stevo!

Very expensive! Much cheaper buying online, however some basic things are reasonably priced as are items that have been reduced. Staff are helpful and well mannered.

Ellis at Pets at Home, Washington, served me yesterday. What a knowledgeable, supportive, expert she is. I went in because my 11 week old puppy had been having continuous diarrhea and the vet asked me to change her feed to white fish puppy food. The array of food within the store is excellent but I had no ideas. So Ellis helped me choose the best food for my puppy. She looked through all the ingredients, knew what each one for was, compared them to others and basically really set my mind at rest. She also helped me with portions! My puppy fell asleep on my shoulder so she helped me get puppy pads as well as the food and helped me to the car. What a wonderful young woman she is, a fabulous ambassador and a credit to your store. She needs a pay rise ! Thank you Ellis xxx
