I recently had my current account cards rejected at the local post office. After attempting to use them in an ATM, and achieving the same result, I visited the Washington branch of Santander. I would personally like to thank Jayne who went above and beyond in order to address my issue. She took me through the process of registering for the Santander mobile app and explaining how to use it effectively. I would like thank her for her kindness, time and patience in resolving my problem. She is a great ambassador for your organisation.

Rude, like being told off for not using the machines and wanting customer service, they tell elderly people to use the machines when they probably never used a computer in their lives, there are only two customers tills but approx 6 people walking around telling you to use the machines, people come to the bank to be certain and use the till service, so just let them, and there was a little hitter woman with a dodgy red jacket thinking she was launching the space shuttle or something the way she was talking to customers ordering them about.
