Went to fragrance shop in galleries to buy perfume. Could not believe it when the assistant asked for my e-mail address to send receipt of payment too. When I informed her that I didn?t have an email could I have a till receipt she informed me she could not give me one as the till did not allow it. I requested a written receipt and she said she could not give me one of those either. I decided not to purchase anything from that store without getting a receipt because without a receipt you cannot get a refund.

When supposedly looking for things for you they should be looking for ideas to get onto their firm to see how they can help - all they seem to want to do is tell you there's nothing of what you want in the warehouse.
