The new addition where you can sit and play on a PC for an hour is great to pass the time while parents are out shopping.

I was calling them in they left me on hold for 25-30 minutes and ontop of that I want informed about any extra charges, this led me to have a £25 bill in the end of the call after I eventually have up.
