The staff and service was brilliant. However when I got the final bill, I thought I had been robbed!Think I could have bought the same glasses and lenses a lot cheaper if I had looked around. In hindsight I do not think I got value for money.

I was 6 minutes late for 4pm appointment my daughter's appointment due to traffic and school finishes at 3:15 and they asked me to re-schedule when I requested them with a valid reason. Very disappointed.

I cancelled my son's eye test due to covid, and rescheduled for 2 weeks later. We turned up as arranged to be told "we have no record" etc. Really? I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Firstly when we got there, the place was closed for lunch which wasn't really a problem. Only for lunch time to end and my mum and I were told we still can't go in the building because the woman was there on her own. She kept saying it's appointment only, but my mum had already been on Monday for an appointment and had been told by a staff member to come on Saturday just to pick out the frames she wanted. We tried to rely that to the lady but still couldn't go in to view the frames, and were told to come back in 30mins. It's ridiculous when it's freezing outside and there's no where to go. We're left to just walk around an unfamiliar area. Plus we had tried to ring before we even came to make sure it was alright and no one answered the phones all today and yesterday. Terrible customer service.
