Moved to the area and checked out reviews of local garages. Looked like the best and lived upto expectations. Nice staff, friendly and professional. Mot and service - reasonably priced. Not a car person and didn't feel like I was getting mugged off. Will be returning for any other work I need doing.

Called for a price and the attitude of the 'manager' Paul was absolutely disgraceful. Manners cost nothing, maybe learn some before answering the phone, customer service obviously isn't your strong point!

I have used Paul and Keens for a good few years and read the last review and and would totally disagree. Paul has looked after myself and car's in a professional and courteous way. I would not go anywhere else for honest advice. Regular customers I am sure would agree. They go over and beyond large dealers. Keep up the good work lads I will not be going anywhere else
