I started Personal Training sessions at Ocean Fit in January. A friend had been going and asked if I fancied doing a 1:2 session with Aaron. It had been a long time since I had been in any kind of gym. I?m 41 and was feeling pretty out of shape. However, Aaron instantly put me at ease. Each week has got progressively more challenging and I now look forward to my sessions each week! I love being able to push myself and feel my body get stronger, whilst in an environment where I feel safe and supported. Ocean Fit has such a relaxed atmosphere and is so welcoming. Recently Aaron was away and we had Lucy for our sessions who was also fantastic. Alongside my PT I did Aaron?s online programme last month and I loved it. I highly recommend!

I've trained with Aaron at the morning beach boot camps and would highly recommend this to anyone. Aaron has an awareness for different abilities and gears exercises around this. It's a really friendly environment and the group always make new starters feel welcome. Plus the setting in Cullercoats Bay is incredible!

I joined beach camp in September 2020 having moved to the area in March (just before lockdown!). Early starts but worth it to do varied and fun workouts on the beach with a great community. It?s been a fun way to meet new people and get fit. I?ve just done my first parkrun since 2018 and couldn?t have done that a year ago - Aaron is so encouraging and approachable but makes sure you work hard and are always improving. So glad I joined and I would recommend to anyone!

I?ve trained with Aaron in both the beach boot camps and 1:1 training and would highly recommend both of these to anyone who wants to see great improvement in their fitness levels. In particular Aaron really mixes it up - no 2 sessions are the same, so it?s always different! The beach camp is super friendly and new joiners are always made to feel welcome. 1:1 is also great and brings a different challenge altogether- working with kettlebells, slam balls - again more tailored to help you meet your personal goals. In summary Aaron is highly recommended!

During lock down, I decided to contact Aaron about some 121 personal training sessions. I thoroughly enjoyed these sessions and after a few weeks I joined the fitness camp! Aaron is really professional and works to get the most out of you in each session. He is really supportive and I have noticed I am much fitter and have better definition especially across my upper body since starting with Ocean Fit! The fitness camp is great because it?s a small group and everyone is really friendly. I would recommend Ocean Fit 100%.

I love Ocean Fit and am proud to be a part of the community Aaron has created. The studio is clean and throughout the pandemic, Aaron has kept clients safe and able to continue using the gym.The Group PT sessions are well designed and challenging (whatever your fitness level is). He is very encouraging and will push you to reach your goals.If you are nervous about attending, there really is no need. Everyone is very friendly and supportive.

The hubby and I were stuck in a rut with our exercise routine and we wanted to improve our fitness and lifestyle. We emailed Aaron through a recommendation from a friend.From the first email we felt at ease. Aaron invited us to the studio for an initial consultation and we knew straight away that we wanted to book up. We initially signed up for 10 private sessions, got addicted and booked another 20 after that!We train at the studio twice a week and every session is different, challenging, full of laughs and positive attitude. Our fitness has increased so quickly and it is amazing to feel and see ourselves getting stronger. Aaron pushes us harder throughout each session and we look forward to our workouts. It has been the longest time we have stuck with any fitness routine.The Ocean Fit team always make you feel welcome. They are very knowledgeable and provide continuous support and guidance in the studio and online.We have just booked another 20 sessions and look forward to continue working with Aaron. We cannot recommend Ocean Fit highly enough so if you are looking to up your fitness then get in touch, you wont regret it!

I started training with Ocean Fit at the end of June 2020 through 1:1 training sessions with Aaron, starting from couch potatoe land, I made unbelievable progress in those 10 weeks. No session was the same and Aaron is instinctual in knowing just how far to push you, challenging your own self belief system. I have now started in the Group Personal Training sessions which are wonderful and have the support and enthusiasm of other members, my fitness is increasing week by week as well as my motivation and wellbeing. Ocean Fit is amazing and offers an all-round fitness programme that gets fantastic results.

I started Beach Camp in July hoping to improve my fitness and lose some weight after lockdown. It is a great group who made me feel welcome from the start.Aaron ensures that each session is challenging to all fitness levels with no two sessions being the same.Although I've already met my fitness goals, Beach Camp is now an integral part of my week. Highly recommended.

After the first lockdown I moved back to Whitley Bay to spend time with family. I had gained around 10kgs very quickly since the start of the pandemic. Private sessions with Aaron have been the best way to get moving again, and to do so responsibly. Aaron and I have worked together for over 40 sessions, both indoors and outdoors, and Aaron's expertise has made the world of difference to my fitness and more importantly to my overall wellbeing. I am mentally and emotionally much more resilient thanks to Aaron's thoughtful and professional coaching.

Couldn?t recommend beachcamp more! An amazing way to keep fit, on the beach, with the sunrise as your backdrop.
I immediately noticed a difference in my fitness after starting and it is a great way to start your day.
