From Pilates at the Coast
We are a friendly team of experienced teachers who provide group and private Pilates classes to a variety of clients both new to Pilates and those with previous experience. We also offer specialist Pilates sessions for ante/post natal clients, Pilates for bone health and reformer Pilates. We are based in the centre of Monkseaton.
