“absolutely amazing service!! great communication through online booking and covid 19 safety at store! particularly great service from Dawn who is a credit to the team up there along with Carl who I collected glasses from! I was desperate as my other glasses were falling from face and had been glued back together and Dawn and Carl understood this and turned my order around in 48 hours!!!! i was so not looking forward to parting with more money for my glasses and was thinking about looking elsewhere but been using this branch for several years now and they got my back! so I think I will stay as the service was great! thank you to the entire branch as I know there will be other great team members up there and keep up the great work!!”
