Awful bookies, SBST Terminals are always broke and awful service supplied by the staff.Got told by the one old lady behind the counter today "Don't be sarcastic"If they don't know how to do their jobs properly then they shouldn't be employed by Ladbrokes.Totally incompetent.Looked for the afternoon greyhound listings on the wall at 2-10 pm and they still had the morning greyhounds up.Asked can i collect my winning bet from another Ladbrokes and said they couldn't cash it for me just for me to phone customer services 30 minutes later to guide the 2 incompetent ladies on how to collect my bet.Absolutely awful service and will not be visiting this bookies ever again.Save your money folk for a bus into Aberdare and have 10 times better service in Betfred or the other Ladbrokes in town.Horrid betting shop with horrid and rude staff!
