Passport renewal. I can't believe how fast and friendly it was. I would definitely recommend going in to let them do it for you. Peace of mind knowing that it's all approved.Thank you Abergele Post Office.

Just been in to do passport renewal to find out that they don't do them on a weekend only Monday to Friday after 11am. If people work all week what are they supposed to do. Another thing to do online (forced) the way it's going there will be no need for post offices or bank's in any town or village.

Very disappointed! Arrived this morning to complete a digital renewal passport application having phoned up the day before to check that they were open and that they could complete this service. I was told to arrive after 11am today to ensure that this could be completed. Upon arrival I was told they didn?t offer this service for children even though I was told on the phone that they did and it is clearly stated on the Post Office website that this service is offered in Abergele. Left the post office to phone the Flint branch who went above and beyond to help me!

Needed to renew a photocard licence. Here they take your photo, signature & send to the DVLA. Lovely staff, lovely shop with a good stationary selection plus other bits & bobs such as walking sticks. It is a Post Office rather than a counter in a shop. Parking on the other side of the road.

Out of the way with restricted opening times!
How is it fair for me to leave parcels with a neighbour or at another address for free, but to leave it in my post office I HAVE TO PAY! Iâ??ve already paid for delivery, uv had my money. Bring a serviouly disabled person living in Abergele. I was told my parcel was left in my local post office ... Rhyl!!!!!! Thatâ??s Not Local!!!! Being severely disabled and making my way to Rhyl can b impossible. If I donâ??t collect it in the recommended time u return it to sender! This isnâ??t helping or supporting disabled people in this vicinity! There is a post office in Abergele. A 1/4 if a mike up the road. Why take it to Rhyl which is different to get to, dnd why charge extra for depositing in a post office close to. Iâ??ve paid for the service, and yet u charge more! Iâ??m disgusted! No wonder Royal Mail is such an underused facility. You make no conditions for the physically and mentally disabled, instraD you monopolise on their disability and charge extra for a service which had been paid for!
How can u justifiably explain how itâ??s free to have it deliver to a neighbour or another address, but it costs me to go to my LOCAL post office!
This dying public service should b taken over by a company with a fraction of understanding of the people that pay their wages! A poor POOR DISGRACEFUL service!
