Got racist vibe from whoever was at the front desk. I walked in and said hello with a smile but he did not reply to me, and with a blank face stuck his hand out to take the red card which was left as the parcel was not delivered. He then handed me my parcel and said bye. I wouldn't have had much of an issue as we all have long days at work and on some days are more enthusiastic than others. But when a white gentleman walked in he greeted him very happily and gave him different treatment to me.

Always closed. Open time for Thursday afternoon is 4pm to 8pm, great if you work and need to pick up a parcel but not so so great if its closed, lights off and everyone gone home.If they have changed opening times then update Google., its not hard.
