What amazing customer service. Staff stayed till 7pm to sort a new mobile upgrade for me. Rachelle Cooper and Michael Chowne, thank you for your perseverance and patience.Definitely recommend this store as well as the 3 shops in general ??

Just been into Aberystwyth store and brought a new mobile hub as a caravan rental company I have 4 already but I didn?t realise 2 of them had come to an end. So I?ve managed to replace 2 with SIM only at £12.50 each and walk out with my new mobile hub after managing with a rubbish Tesco for 18 months!
Steve the store manager was brilliant! Friendly and helpful so I thought he deserved a little praise!

Very disappointed, I went in to get a sim for a signal booster because 3 signal is the worst in Wales. They said "no problem" That'll be an extra £20 a month. Or 12.50 per month extra to get signal if i start a whole new contract.They are having a giraffe.. they are not competitive, nor do they care. We have always found 3 to be helfull hence weve been with them for over a deckade in London but alas, West Wales is clearly not good for 3, We will be changing from 3 to get a better signal, seeing as 3 have no interest in keeping their customers.O2 offers the best deal and signal, and Vodaphone is coming second. Stay away from 3 is our advice.Thank you for reading this revue, I hope that it was helpful.

Excellent customer service. Just avoid the lunchtime one hour closure. Saved me on my monthly sim and sorted out WiFi for the Caravan at Borth. Chuffed at the deals they offered.

The guy in the shop was very helpful and nice but I asked if I could use the blue light he asked his manager she said no she would not speak to me he said she was busy on phone I showed the guy in the shop the term and condition on blue light app he said he didn't know and his manager says can't use it so this company is not blue light card friendly I think staff need more training

Good store with decent staff - the only thing that holds them back at three is the archaic computer systems they are forced to use, which in turn slows down checkout processes

I was in Aberystwyth for a few days and enquired about my contract on my phone.Steve the store manager was more than helpful and sorted out my issue.3 is the best network provider I've had and I believe it's down to the customer service they provide.Along with helping me with my issue Steve's local knowledge helped me find a few places I wanted to visit during my visit.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I recently signed a contract that ended up to be very disadvantageous compared to their own (website) offers, and once i pointed them out they refused to offer me a better deal or a compromise at all. I am stuck with them for 2 years with a higher price than what they offered me online for a shorter period! I highly suggest to speak to the online customer service rather than going to store, you will have more sympathetic staff answering your questions and definitely obtain better deals! Avoid this store!

Emily has been an excellent customer assistant! She was fantastic at meet and greet. It escalated from there. She guided me through the process of swapping my phone data and helped me with all the technology my old (nine year old phone) didn't have. I don't think you could top Emily for customer service, truly stunning! I worked in retail as a manager fir many years and delighted to tell you 3 Mobile Emily is great!
