I have being banking here for years and had no proplems at all,,, on25.4.2022 I went to bank as had trouble with banking app,, the first lady was very nice and past me on to very nice gentleman called Ashley,, nothing was no trouble for him and the security there was out of this world,, as these days with some people the customers needs that kind of security and hsbc delivers it,, anyway Ashley sorted my app for me and thank you very much Ashley as you are a credit to this company you really are,, many thanks Graham????

Banked here since the eighties for personal and business banking, always a good experience great helpful staff, very few problems ever but if anything at all always taken care of in house until lately, now all cashiers desks have been removed just a couple of paying in machines that only work when they feel like it and wont accept coins so you have to walk all the way to nearest post office and queue up to pay them in and the money takes a further five days to get back to your hsbc account, and if you have a business problem or query now you have to do this by phone so make sure you have an hour or two to spare until you actually get through and speak to someone and they say this is progress and what the customer wants?

Ab Fab experience because of first class service provided by a really first class competent and helpful customer service manager. This followed my failed attempts to resolve the problem because the online processes are badly flawed and unhelpful. The branch is the best reason for my using HSBC. Thank you.

Two managers have guaranteed me a 'call back' to sort out £52 I'm owed but this still has not happened. Matthew and Tracey Pritchard you're the reason my Wife and I have now transferred both savings and current account to Nationwide. ZERO care given by managers at this branch. All they wanted to do was get me out the building on a Friday afternoon not once but on two separate occasions. I've been with HSBC since I was 16 y.o and not a shame to say goodbye to be honest.

Needed to set up direct debit to pay my rent. Very busy day so a staff member asked people in the queue if they could help. I told them what I needed, they took my stuff and came back about 20 seconds later with big beaming smile and said its all done. Well, they hadn't done a thing, just lied to reduce the queue. Got in trouble with landlord. Absolutely disgraceful.

I visited this branch last Summer a few times and again today to inquire about arranging a mortgage. On each occasion I was seen within minutes and staff were genuinely friendly and helpful beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere. And I don't even bank with them! Thank you to young members of staff Alun and Bethan, and to super-competent mortgage adviser Donna Headley. This is truly excellent personal service.
