Looking at these reviews say that the staff were very friendly but when I went there the other day the staff were talking to me in a very rude manner and tried to ignore me! Wouldn't recommend and definitely won't be coming back here again. Waste of oxygen.

Staff are always friendly. Products are usually ready to collect and under the counter waiting even when ordered only 5mins earlier. Returns are easy . Excellent customer service every time!

I have order quite a few items to this store recently and the assistance has been amazing. I ordered the wrong colour side table which was rectified instantly. The staff are friendly and helpful while keeping a safe distance.

I bought a phone online and collected in store. 10 days later the price was reduced by over £50. I contacted Argos via online chat and was explicitly told I would be refunded the the difference but it would need to be in store. I drove to the Barry store and no-one had a clue what to do even though I brought a transcript of the online chat with me. I was asked to leave my contact number and they would contact me later. I was contacted a short while later and told I was not entitled to a refund. I have driven over 30 miles and wasted over an hour of my time on the say so of Argos and all for nothing. I have spent many many thousands of pounds with Argos over the years but I will never return or recommend them.
