Ordered 3 cookie dough deserts before 9pm. After an hour called the shop and told was out with driver. Time is now 22:15 food arrives and refused delivery. Refund requested. Shouldn't give hour delivery slots if you can't honour them. I don't like more 10 mins away. So when I called at 21:54 it clearly wasn't with the driver.

always go above and beyond for customers... never, ever let me down! Even got me nappies in lockdown for my disabled daughter when I couldn't get size 7 anywhere..I can't thank the staff enough, I use them as much as possible now ...my favourite place .. delivery driver was even sent to a different store to get my potatoes and bread today because he didn't want to let me down! absolutely amazing place and the staff I can't praise enough! :)
