Several times I've used the deposit machine to deposit cash when they're closed and they have failed quite few times in the last few months to the put that money in my account when they've opened later that day as they're supposed to do, supposed to be a reputable bank.Standards have really dropped at that particular branch, which used to be one of the best years ago, not anymore by a long way

Similar experience to others. Disgusting behaviour from Anita Bond and Rhiannnon who are outright rude and unhelpful. I?d avoid at all costs, find another bank or the very least another branch, if there?s any left. I visited the branch for the very first time passing, and know never to bother again.

Welsh water has decided to invoice me with TWO A/counts for water used totaling £119.98 TWICE. They have been content to in the past , sending a half year bill. But without any contact whatsoever, have ramped my account by 80 percent. to £ 239.96The family Bank has been instructed to watch for errors, and my HALF YEARLY ACCOUNT IS COTINUED.

Awful customer service, couldn't match my signature despite not being far off.Having long hair (ish) and beard since my passport photo clearly made this outdated staff suspicious despite having all the relevant papers and proof, they really didn't try very hard.You get the feeling they rather you go online or call a main number rather than go in person.Based on customer service I would choose a different lender, one more reason to change lender when my current one expires.
