Online times and listed on the door says that it's open until 11.00pm but arrived there at 10.10pm to find it closed. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened.

Just went over there at 9.00pm. It was shut. Supposed to be open until 11.00pm. Not good enough is it? "Closed due to staffing problems"! Maybe, just maybe you need a better manager or perhaps you should pay your staff a wee bit more?
