The Rhoose branch is only open Tuesday mornings, and you have to ring up on the day at 8am to get an appointment (no advance or online bookings). Registered here for 3 years and its never been open. Meaning a trip to barry west quay with all that extra pollution, extra cars on the road or cost of you using public transport and inconvenience.
