This shop raises funds for one of the most important causes in all of Wales. It is vital therefore that the staff are courteous and professional and do all they can, and more, to assist the funding of Ty Hafan. Why then was I made to feel like I was dropping asbestos at the local council tip when I tried to make a two bag donation on 11/1/20? A very surly and abrupt older lady barked at me and begrudgingly said she would accept one bag only but certainly NOT two. Apparently they were overrun with donations. Well my future high value designer clothes will not be recycled at this shop until the management has overhauled the staff structure and the charity has become more deserving. It is currently an utter disgrace.
