This is the difference. My sister booked a holiday cruise with tui. She was unsure of how to get a visa for india. They said that was her problem after paying for her trip. Thornton travel in barry with my trip said we can help you with the visa application for another country I visited so friendly and helpful. They really are great... even told me was not worth me buying a drinks package on a cruise I've done. What a difference when tui get ur money they don't want to help when Thornton travel in barry were so so different!!!
