Booked to get car valeted wed 10.30 I waited till 11 rung him up and he said he said thurs so arranged Thursday same time b4 he put fone down he asked where I was so obviously he had no intention on coming. Thurs I get text to say he couldn't do due to family matters.Very unprofessional let me down!!
