Restaurant food cold. Breakfast this morning was terrible. Obviously not freshly cooked but ?warmed up?. If you can say that! Most items on the plate were cold or barely warm. Cannot possibly meet basic food hygiene standards - regulations state the presented temperature should be 63 degrees. Food served or stored between 5 and 63 degrees is considered in the danger zone. Clearly no-one is policing this. So disappointing from a customer service viewpoint. Won?t go back.

This store has the vibe of the slightly unwelcome step-child of the sainsbury family. A former co-op with an awkward and historic layout (upstairs is food, downstairs clothes/homewares) the building is shabby and unloved as it was in the coop days. The staff are lovely but this is a store that deserves some love and affection from above.

Visited argos In sainsbury. Website said thebadsl filter was in stock. But after a 15 minute drive the status changed. Like they only have one in stock and sold it. Clearly not argos as it used to be.

The food in the restaurant is below par. The attitude of the restaurant staff leaves a lot to be desired, much like the cleanliness.The refrigeration in the store is... trying to think of the right word and all I can come up with is ych y fi!

Argos manager was very rude, wouldn't apologise and was very aggressive. Staff even said in Sainsburys that alot of stuff have resigned due to her funny ways and easy to take offence over nothing. Nothing wrong with Sainsburys but avoid the argos section. I'm made a complaint to the store manager and head office.

Things are that little bit more expensive than elsewhere. I am disabled and I need to use the scooter that is available to do my shopping. The scooter was on the first floor right by the entrance, which was great. However, when I went into the shop for the key, I had to walk to the end of the checkouts, which was quite a distance for me, to ask for the keys. By then, I was in so much pain, and I couldn't wait to go home. Unless they change where the key is kept, I won't be shopping there anymore.

Staff everywhere, never a naksrt near the doors, have to walk to self checkout to get one one the 100 stacked up there. Slowest self checkout machines you'll ever encounter.
