“10am on a Saturday towing a caravan with our landrover and our turbo hose split leaving us with black smoke from the exhaust pipe. Called Sinclair Landrover to see if they had a part, spoke to Aled who could not have been more helpful. Managed to tape up our hose with help from the recovery service to get the car to them and they had the part needed. We couldn't have been luckier breaking down near them and then they actually had the exact part we needed.
