Bought a fan and Bluetooth speaker for £74 but Argos took £473 from my account, in store staff were great but even they were shocked at the response from customer service which was completely useless, I am still £400 out of pocket. Products are great but only paying cash from now on but never shopping with Argos again

Did not take old microwave, this is not good. Argos get tour act together and take old electrical and for free.

Collected an order no problems received message telling me it was ready for collection.pity you can't add nectar points at the till .they say link them online.have tried a few times without success.need more staff at busier times

Refused refund from Xmas presents that were incorrectly described and wrong size for kids.Reason being that the item had its stickers applied and had been tried.Items were returned immaculately with all parts and de-assembled.Always been loyal to argos to help them against the giants like amazon but to be honest amazon with the customer focus would of refuned this....from now on I know not to buy from argos

Went during lockdown for some items, click and collect only. Didn't wait long and both items ready to go, can't ask more than that.

1 star for the customer service, polite and professional. -4 stars for the bullsh*t policy that won't allow you to return opened items. How are you supposed to know an electronic device works without opening it and turning it on? Also I wasn't made aware of the policy until I tried to return it the day after I bought it. Even though I made sure they stipulated the rules for returning items before I purchased it. Poor effort all round. Unfortunately Argos has now lost another customer for life.

Ordered a bbq waited nearly 2 weeks and then told it hadn't been sent to the storeWaited another week for my refund to go into my bank. 3 weeks with no bbqMissed all the good weather. Went to b and m in end and had one within 10 mins
