Low staffing.levels. poor management.Local health authority have stopped sending prescriptions to this pharmacy as a result. Perhaps I always go at the wrong time but always a snaking queueIn the day of a failing NHS service and the pharmacist is supposed to be the go too person for minor stuff surely being a private business they should be capitalizing and staff for it. Wells charge enough for thier services.

Will NEVER use this pharmacy again. I went in as they have the best price for baby formula. Very large queue for predictions, I asked everyone if it were OK that I paid for the food first as I wasn't getting a prescription, they all said yes no problem and the staff then refused to serve me and told me to wait at the back. Staff member was very rude. I am new to the area and very upset by how unprofessional and rude she was, she made me feel very unwelcome and I had been nothing but polite. There is 2 tills, 1 should be used for paying customers and ONLY then used as an extra help during the prescription line. Really not ok. Time management is clearly poor.

Dreadful customer care, long queue, One assistant serving no matter how long the queue. Pharmacy floor looks dirty with litter under the chairs. Brackla deserves better.

I?m not sure where it all went wrong for this Pharmacy, it can?t be staffing issues that last literally for months and months on end. It cannot be acceptable to put in a request for a repeat prescription and still be waiting for it 11 days later? Then having to make endless trips to find out where it is. As the phone is never answered you don?t have the option to ring, when people are working it is really difficult to ?chase up? where your prescription is. This Pharmacy should be providing a service for the community, it is failing badly .

I don?t know what is going on at the Brackla pharmacy. Until recently, I have found the staff helpful and service good They certainly seem. very short staffed, (or aren?t managing staff breaks too well.)Not so the last time I was collecting repeat prescription.I received a message to say it was ready, two weeks after ordering it online.I arrived, queued for 25mins to be told part of the prescription ?not available? .The most Essential part.To cut a long story shorter, three. visits. later, and at least 90 minutes queuing later, being told there is a ?supply issue? a call from the prescriptions clerk at the surgery to the pharmacy , the medication was arriving next dayNext day. Guess what. ?Prescription not ready?. I still do not have the meds ordered on 29th JuneFortunately, I tend to order in plenty of time, anticipating problems, so I have had enough to see me throughTrying again later today. Fingers crossed

Go *literally* any where else, the staff and management clearly do not care. A prescription requested 11 days ago should be ready for collection no matter what. "oh we're very busy and understaffed" This has been the excuse for AT LEAST one year at this point, clearly they do not care and should be avoided at all costs. And to top it all off, dropping in a new prescription the same time as trying to pick up the previous, I was met with "you can wait, but we can't promise it'll be end of day", which was in 3 hours. 3 hours for 1 item is absolutely outrageous and verges on neglect. Like i said at the beginning, go literally anywhere else.

WARNING: This pharmacy (Well Brackla) poses a SERIOUS RISK to the lives and health of the local community which is compounded for vulnerable people. They do not pick up the phone for any occasion. You used to be able to hear the phone ringing and people answering it while you were there. This is no longer the case, which leads me to strongly believe that they have it on silent. This means if you need to contact them, it doesn't matter how ill you are, how much pain you're in, or how much you have to pay for transport, you MUST go there in person. If you can't do this you are left without any form of contact for days or weeks. It took two weeks for them to have my repeat prescription ready, and someone else there today was chasing an acute prescription dropped off 3 days ago. They had not even started preparing this person's prescription, and they looked severely unwell. This is a huge risk to public safety for obvious reasons. If someone cannot afford the petrol, bus or taxi fare to get there, they could go without vital medications. If someone on the delivery list is unable to advocate for themselves, and doesn't have anyone else who can do it, they will experience potentially fatal consequences of withdrawal symptoms or the original symptoms the medication is needed to suppress. Many controlled substances cannot be ordered more than 7 days in advance. These are also some of the medications most likely to cause serious withdrawal symptoms and be taken by highly vulnerable people. The staff at Well Brackla do not seem to care about this or any of the many other issues their pharmacy causes for local residents. Even the most desperate pleas for help are met with "uhh it's busy," or even the easily disprovable lie "uh your GP never sent it."How is this acceptable on any level? Short answer: it's not.If you're reading this and share any of these sentiments, make a complaint. The pharmacy clearly couldn't care less so take it straight to the ombudsman. Our community deserves better.

Avoid. Waited in a queue to see pharmacist 30 min. Then finally i got there and to resived my prescription i need to give my phone number so they will text me when its ready. In my case its just one cream. Waited 2h for message. Arrived to resived it. Boom its queue again 30 min again. Staff don't really care about situation clearly. If you olderly or not in best health go to different place. Here you can past away before you resive your meds.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered my prescription a week ago. Still not ready now. Tried calling 30+ times today and nobody answers. Enormous queue in the shop. Have ended up taking my prescription back from them to take elsewhere as I needed it today!

Understaffed: nearly 2 weeks delay in getting repeat prescriptions: long queues waiting to be served.
Well need to sort this out and quickly
It?s not the Pharmacist: it?s the staff (lack of them !) making up the prescriptions
I live on Brackla so it?s a very handy chemist to use but if this poor service carry?s on I will be forced to use a different one

Obviously under-staffed, prescriptions not ready 10 days after ordering online, in fact they say they don?t have it even though surgery confirmed twice it?s there. 3 out of 6 people in the queue being told the same thing, yet if you drop a prescription in by hand it?s done next day.
One assistant pumping out the same old line ?we have 3000 scripts a week so there?s a delay? REALLY you could have fooled me !!
This has been going on for months, Well Pharmacy HQ you need to sort this out

I ordered my prescription nine days prior to requirement after delays the previous month when submitted seven days prior. I did not receive a notification to collect so attended in person as I realised that it was a bank holiday weekend. There was a queue of 12 in front of me so I suspected that the pharmacy were still having staffing issues. On reaching the front of the queue I was informed it wasn?t ready due to delays at the surgery . I was then told that they couldn?t get it done today so had to wait so that I could have my original prescription back. I was told they couldn?t guarantee this as they would need to find it.I took a seat to await my prescription paper and heard the receptionist repeat to numerous people that they could not have their medication.I did interject and suggest they stayed open a few minutes later for those that were waiting ( whether that was returning their prescription paper or giving them medication ) the reply was why would we do that. Please consider the health of your community. It?s appreciated that you are a business but you have a greater responsibility than a convenience store. Of course things go wrong but being disrespectful to concerned customers who do not know how to resolve it is not in anyway acceptable.Had this not been resolved I would have ended up in A&E.this is in no way personal regarding the receptionist. It?s evident she is fielding numerous complaints because of shortcomings of the practice.
