Would like to express my absolute disgust with the Manager at Caernarfon branch. After buying a pair of £60 boots that were clearly faulty (didn't notice when buying in the shop) they refused to give a refund (because they didn't sell that particular model in that store) as they had been bought at another TOFS store while visiting parents, had a receipt all within date and they were unworn, didn't want an exchange as I no longer trusted the quality so had to drive another 50min to the other store. Totally ridiculous. What if I had bought them on Holiday in London?? What a joke! You should be able to take anything back to any TOFS store
