Shocking, popped into B&Ms blackwood today and was greeted by a female staff member with blonde hair do the most loudest and smelly fart i've heard and seen. Was an awful experience from B&M today.

I always find this store never has enough staff on the tills. Queues down the ailes, constant tannoy requests for staff and it's like they hide and when they do arrive, so much attitude on them.Store itself is pretty decent... If you can get down the ailes on the lower part of the store!!
