Caitlyn was very patient and helpful in helping to find the perfect school shoes for our child. She brought all sorts of styles and sizes of shoes to be tried on. She explained her thought process with the sizes and styles. We were very pleased when she managed to find the right pair of shoes. ?

My partner bought a hand bag from here Caerphilly store within a week the coating flaked off my partner lost her receipt and the girl refused point blank to do anything and the manager acted dumb I told them they could trace the transaction by her bank details but she said she could not do it !! Utter rubbish would never buy a clarks hand bag they arerubbish stay away buy why would you buy a hand bag from a shoe shop !!

Clean and tidy place bright and airy friendly knowledgeable staff good quality footwear some are a bit pricey but they are quality tho checkout their sales and grab yourself a great bargain
