Should have posted this a while back but after hearing another person's experience with this company, I felt compelled to do it now.Called in and reached a Sam Calahan. Not sure how to spell her name. She asked to put me on hold and I said sure. I guess she thought I was on hold because I could hear her entire conversation about her weekend and some other things I won't say. I started timing it after about 2 or 3 minutes and must've been on "hold" at least 8 to 10 minutes. The entire time I listened to her immature conversation with someone near her.When she returned to me I told her I heard her whole conversation and asked was that more important then handling my call. Of course she hung up after a sigh or snort like I was in the wrong.A company who hires people like that is pathetic. Thankfully I took the steps to end any reason to have to deal with them again.
