Most of the ALDI stores are very much the same but this had the edge it was different in many ways very clean in all departments and the staff were super friendly the isles were really wide and it just stood out from the other stores ...give it a try

During my recent visit to Aldi, I encountered an employee who displayed a clear lack of professionalism and sensitivity. The individual's behavior was clearly discriminative and made for an extremely uncomfortable shopping experience. I expect all employees to treat customers with respect and fairness, regardless of their background or appearance. I hope Aldi addresses this issue promptly and ensures all employees are adequately trained to provide an inclusive environment for all shoppers. The employee in question was a middle-aged white woman with blonde hair and pointy glasses.

Not shopping in Aldi Pentwyn again, customer service is rubbish, she didn't offer to help me pack, she said just put it in the trolley, when I got outside I had to bag it myself ?.I worked for a retail store, it's in the name "customer" related. Offering to help a customer is your responsibility. I won't be going in there again.Thanked the lady who stopped her car as she was leaving car park, to ask if I needed help & offering to order taxi, I was already finished packing but I was ever so grateful for that

The shop was very well presented, and I and my wife will have to go there more often , the prices are a lot cheaper than our regular shop, what annoys me is the state of the trollie wheels either stuck one way or the other and this applies to most of the supermarket's who as far as I'm aware they do not service them. Supermarket managers if you read this can you sort this out as it's the customers who pay your your wages

Some great products and many are better priced than competitors, although prices are going up across the board. I would give a higher rating, but in my infrequent experiences the staff have not been particularly friendly or attentive.
