Came in the other day to grab a few bits, a lovely guy by the name of Owen was a great help, found the items i needed and helped me bring it to the till and then to the car. He was kind and I enjoyed talking with him for the few minutes i was there. Great representative for this store!!

Infrequent visitor to this store but received excellent customer service from 2 male members of staff.Both went out of their way to help when I needed advice on mobile phone accessories.

I use this store once in a while, because it has a massive range and close to other stores I use, but today I had excellent service from one of the assistants in the store, I couldn't find my second item on my shopping list, so found a lady assistant who was filling shelves, asked about the item and was told where it should be ,if they had it, I had already looked there, so carried on, item 3 reading glasses, couldn't find them, so looked for a different assistant, not wanting to bother the other one who had been very busy, found a young man, on his knees stacking shelves, he cheerfully got up and said he would take me to where they should be, we arrived , but none in sight, he asked me to stay where I was, so had could check, he arrived back smiling, saying he'd been wrong, and was cheerfully taking me off to where it should be, when he was waylaid by another gentleman, looking for beer, the assistant asked me to wait a mo , and he'd be back, he was took me to where I had missed the reading glasses, having walked past them earlier, I asked his name as I felt I should give feedback on his good service today, but B&M receipt does not have that facility and the phone number on the website, does not have an option to leave a message for him, unfortunately I was only wearing one heating aid today, but his name sounded like Randem, I hope management monitor this review facility, this lad is a credit to the store

Large store with great choices. Visited at 1.30pm. Able to purchase all I wanted. Only negative long queue at checkout.
